When you request a consultation, contact us, use our chat, or log in to the customer portal, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about your pest problem. Our forms, scheduling and customer portal are provided by Gorilla Desk, our service management software.
We use this information to respond to you, schedule and perform service, send appointment reminders and invoices, and keep service records. Information collected automatically
